This R300 is a non refundable charge to diagnose a faulty console.
This includes:
- Consoles that do not switch on
- Consoles that switch on then off again
- No display from console
- No WIFI or Controller connection
- etc
After diagnostics, we will provide a quote for fixing the console based on our findings. You are then able to confirm if you'd like to continue with the repair or not

Mail In Option
From R170We provide a mail in service where you can mail your console through to us and we will perform the required repairs and mail your console back to you. You are able to arrange for your own courier to deliver and collect your console, or you could make use of ours. We make use of The Courier Guy. The cost would depend on your location. But the standard cost for 3-5 day courier is R170,00
